When the Trac off light is blinking it indicates an issue with the ABS system.

the trac light is the traction control, the abs light means the antilock brake system is not functioning properly. the trac control is no issue. the abs will not cause the brakes to fail but they will lock instead of pulsing.

means the traction control module is bad. That light is suppose to come on when you lose traction to let you know the traction control is kicking in.

You may have dinged , pinched or dirtied a wheel / speed sensor. reinspect your work carefully you'll find it.

you have a damaged, dirty or defective wheel speed sensor. This can only be determined by an experiened mechanic. Hopefully this helps

the chck trac is on it means the traction controll is on so you wont get wheel spin,

abs stands for anti braking service i think or something like that its when you are driving and someone pulls out in front of you and you hit the brakes the abs kicks in so your front wheels wont just lockup and you keep sliding for ages, the abs is design so that it pumps the brakes on and off with you having to do it so you still have turning controll and should be able to avoid what ever it is your going to hit.

This generally means that you have a problem with your brake system. I would try opening the hood and checking the brake fluid level on your Avalon.

If your ABS light is on as well, have a shop scan it (it requires a special scanner). If it's just your Trac light without ABS, it is most likely a sensor under the hood at fault. If you are getting a check engine light as well, get the codes read!
This happened to me without an ABS light and it was the upstream O2 sensor. The reason it throws the Trac light is because if any components that the traction control uses (ignition, fuel) are affected by a bad sensor, the PCM shuts down traction.
In fact, when I replaced the O2 sensor, a handful of other little issues resolved as well.
If you do have an ABS light on, it could very well be a wheel speed sensor.

When the ABS, VSC & Trac Off lights all come on, this means that you have a problem in the ABS system. Without a proper DTC code, I cannot really isolate the situation, but, the first place that I would look at is the wiring and the connectors going from the wire harness to each of the 4 wheel speed sensors. Any break or fraying at these wires, or corrosion in the connector WILL make those 3 lights come on. If you can, get the ABS system scanned with a scan too, and record the codes, and then get back to me for a more concise solution.
