How do i replace the windshield washer motor on 1996 acura 3.2tl

There is washer fluid in the reservoir, when I pull the lever to have the fluid spray on the windshield, it doesn't. I can hear the motor trying to work. The hoses have been checked for clogs, etc. How do we get to the windshield washer motor to check it out or replace? Thanks

SOURCE: Rear window washer works, front windshield washer does not.

Yes their are two seperate pumps. The pum is located in the driver wheel well.

Check fuses then check the pumps. Make sure you are getting voltage to both pumps.

SOURCE: 1996 Acura 3.2 TL windshield wiper problem

they have what one guy, I know called a small "transmision" that engages both wipers and the speed. On one car the winshield wipers transmission connections were loose. A small bolt came off.
Check all the workings by running the wipers .
Try to get to the wiper motor assembly and take a look at it. You may have to remove some screws.

SOURCE: 1996 Acura 3.2TL Overheating Problem...

From your description of symtoms it sounds like you have a bad water pump. If the coolant is not circulating properly you will have a heating problem. Sometimes even a new thermostat can stick and cause the engine to overheat. I have seen them fail in as little as a week after they were installed.

I cant figure out how to spray washer fluid on the back window of my 2013 chevy sonic hatchback. the wipers have an intermittent /on/off switch. i dont see anything for spraying washer fluid though.

From the 2013 operators manual;

Push the windshield wiper lever forward to spray washer fluid on the rear window. The lever returns to its starting position when released.

The windshield washer reservoir is used for the windshield and the rear window. Check the fluid level in the reservoir if either washer is not working.

Windshield wiper pump will not spray. Wipes work but not when the spray trigger is pulled. How can I replace or troubleshoot the motor?

The motor is most likely in the wiper fluid reservoir. Remove reservoir and disconnect motor, supply 12 volts to the motor if it's ok it should spin, spraying fluid every where. DC motors immersed in fluid don't alway last. Replace motor if it does nothing.
