I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

P1684 means the battery was disconnected in last 50 engine start/stop cycles, did you disconnect the battery?
P0135 indicates the heater circuit of the before catalyst O2 sensor has failed.

sounds like that battery has been polarized and what i mean by that it may have been hooked up in reverse screwing up the comp electrical system , take it back to the ones who installed the battery , or the battery is defective ive seen this problem before .

could be thermostat stuck close.fan relay,fan is working.

Loss of prime,the transmission is failing a rebuilt or new is the solution

I would start with the battery. Have it tested. Advanced Auto parts or Autozone can test it for free in or out of the vehicle.

If you have a hand book that comes with the van the instructions are in there. on the top panel you have one two or three dots on a switch you have to hold the garage opener next to the switch in the van press both together until it flashes .
