My 1999 chevy venture van has power but wont start.. i crank key over and theres nothing. i just parked it and tried to leave 30 minutes later. what happened. fues , battery are good. i have all interior and exterior lights andpower to doors and stereo but it makes no sound when i turnkey over to start

Most likely is a fuse. There is a fuse box at the end of the right side of the dash. Open front passenger door and there is a cover that says fuses on the end of dash. There is also a fuse box located under the hood at the right front of engine compartment. It should have a cover with a round knob in the middle of it .Unscrew the knob to remove cover.

It sounds as though one of the proximity sensors is faulty. Also try giving the tracks for the door a good shot of white spray lithium grease. The door may be binding enough so that the emergency reverse is kicking in.

sounds like spider injectors there like $450 alone mine did that last winter looking at easy 700 to fix

My 2000 cavalier has done this for 6 months. You take your key out then open your door, wait ten minutes and the system resets itself and the car will start-annoying you bet!!!
