Once it starts does it run OK or does it take a while to "come out of it"? What is the weather like? How is it acting when it wont start; does it turn over, if it cranks does it fire at all or no ignition at all, do you smell gas while it is cranking?
I would try making sure spark plug wires are put on in the correct firing order. This is a common mistake in tune ups. Most intake manifolds have the firinging order cast in. Plug gaps correct? I cant come too far away.
Check he connections of the battery terminal and battery to starter terminals.Any of the connections are definitely loose causing this spark problem.
Car no start problem is sometimes very difficult to confirm.
You try all the possible things, but still you get no fault and problem is still the same.--------
In that case, you need to check few things individually.
Check the spark, the battery, the crank, the fuel and other most possible parts.
