Viper was installed by the first owner. The viper will start up the car and it will stay on. However when I put the break on to shut viper off and restart will stall. I have called the store that installed the viper unit but states they haven't heard of this issue before. Not using the viper at all it will stall using the key.

you may want to check the ground wire for the engine; if the car just shut down it's possibly an electrical. if the ends are corroded replace.

Im not quite sure about the lights but when changing the alternator the battery cables would have been off resetting the settings in the engine computer. let it run for a little bit to get readjusted and it should idle down on its own and be fine.

most likely a problem with teh idle control valve ,but where it is on this car and what it looks like i couldnt tell you because we do not have these cars here in spain,small ones yes .diesels yes ,but american cars not many only some crysler jeeps and them ugly things with a flat front and nearly all these are diesels ,petrol just too expensive for a V6 or a V8 high CO2 emmision vehicle

DO A LITTLE TUNE UP.CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES.CHANGE FUEL FILTER.CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS WITH A CAN OF SEAFOAM.ADD IT TO 3/4 TO A FULL TANK OF GAS.CAR COULD BE STALLING IN THE MORNING WHERE DIRTY INJECTORS LEAKS FOUL OUT SPARK PLUGS.SOON AS ENGINE WARM UP.IT BURNS OFF SPARK PLUGS THEN IT WONT STALL WHEN ENGINE WARMS UP.

This is still a EGR symptom coming up to a stop, Its not going to give you a code and it wont . This can only be found by a data stream, you can try these as a solution clean the throttle body and do a idle air control cleaning with a MAF cleaning, these should solve the problem But I am still sticking with EGR as a problem. But do a throttle body and idle air cintrol with a MAF cleaning,
