Before replacing any thing, check to see if you have power to the window regulator. if not, check power to and from switch. a lot of times these cars get broken wires between the body and drivers door

My drivers side window will not go up or down. Also, the door lock/unlock on the same side doesn't work either

Sounds like a connector is disconnected inside the driver side door. The connector is usually located near the front of the door. Removing the door panel could be a job you do not want to attempt, but the car being a 2004 you may want to try. The wiring for the door windows and locks goes through this door.

My 1997 Chrysler sebring jxi's rear passenger side window doesn't go up, down, or even make a noise when I hit the switch. Is it the regulator? Also how would I replace it if it is?

Start with the cheapest answer and work your way up.
That would mean checking the switches first. Will it work with the window switch nearest it (rear seat switch)? Will it work from the driver's door master switch? If the answer to both is "no", then it is likely the window motor. You can often replace just the motor or replace the window/regulator as a unit.
I would suggest you seek help for that, if you have no idea how to do and you do not have the service manual for the car. It can be complicated getting the old regulator out and removing the glass.

2004 Malibu Maxx-Driver side and rear power windows will not go down. The power window controls for the driver side and both rear windows do not work. The only window that works is the front passenger,...

well you can try "jumping" the correct wire to see if window got up or down... this will tell u if switch is bad... but I would just go but a new master switch... try that before you cause more damage..

2004 Sebring sedan. drivers side rear window is stuck down. Trying to remove door panel now. What should I look for to troubleshoot this? Thanks

Most of the time when an issue such as this occurs, the electric motor that operates the window is just stuck, and will need to be gently tapped with a screwdriver, or the wooden end of a hammer. The first thing to do, would be to unplug the switch, and replug it, sometimes it can simply be a bad connection. Try this with the door switch and the electric motor. If that does not work, then try tapping the motor while you, or someone else is operating the switch that will raise the window.

I can hear the motors on my rear driver and passenger side power windows when I touch the switch, but the windows wont go up or down

They are off the tracks and must be re-aligned. not something i think you could do without a shop.

2004 Chrysler Sebring Drivers Side Window goes up off center and back window doesn't go up at all. I can pull up the back window but it just fallsback down as if it is no longer attached to anything.

No good news here
You know the issues and the routine
Remove the door panels and side interior panel and replace the worn out window regulators on both.
