    hello,

Just FYI the 2.4 Volvo engine is equiped with a low oil/oil pressure cut out switch and has been known to fail per the Volvo TSB. If you have just changed your oil or have not changed your oil this could cause this problem. Typicly when an owner changes to synthetic oil or has low and broken down oil. Also a defective oil pressure sending unit may cause this prblem. All are easy fixes. The Synthetic oil problem is commonly cured by adding an oil treatment like Lucas oil. The sending unit can be checked with a DVOM/multi meter. You can also jumper the two wires on the sending unit to see if the car starts right up. If it does you have now located your problem.

    Good luck

Abs ligth an breake turn on, the break fluid is Ok level up, the car is VOLVO S40 2002 1.9 Turbo, the car breake ok. what i do?

Very common problem on Volvo , ABS module is bad.
This is not effecting the brake system , meaning you'll still have normal brake operation , but on slippery road Anti Lock System won't work.
That system prevent wheels to be locked up by driver and prevent car going into spin.

2002 Volvo s80 t-6

This is what my code scanner says:
P0234 Engine Overboost Condition
If you have a non-turbo model, then it's probably something else. It may be a bad turbo overboost switch. My S80 is non-turbo but I had an overboost switch go out on my Mercedes and it shut down the turbo but I had the same error message. Good luck!
