My turn signals are not working on the right side of my 1992 Buick LeSabre. There was a bulb out & I replaced it, now all the turn signal lights are on, just not flashing. The left side is working fine. I pulled the fuse & checked it, it looks fine & since there is only 1 fuse for both turn signals & the left is working, it is probably not the fuse. There are relays in the engine compartment, but I don't know which relay it is or if the relay could be the problem. How do I get my right turn signals flashing again automatically?
Back in the late 80's early 90's GM's turn signal switch in would get loose afetr some use and one side or the other turnsignals wouldn't flash or only the third bake light worked and/ or you couldn't flip your headlights to high beams and have them stay on without holding the turn signal arm back. Perhaps if turnining the bulb over as Mr. Scary suggested proves fruitless. and you may explore that option. Get an assistant and have him watch your blinkers tailights etc. and turn your blinker on and push the blinker arm firmly toward the dash and see if that resolves your problem.
I know this will sound Stupid. Get back inside to the Bulb that you Replaced and Turn it Over. Some of these Bulbs will only work if they are in a Certain way. Have that Side Blinker Going when you are Messing with the Bulb to Minimize the Work load on thisPlease Rate my Response, I need all the Help That I can Get! Thanks! Job.
