My 01 Chevy venture just got a new fuel pump put in gas gauge still isn't working proper so had another fuel pump put in same problem. My relay fuse is good fuel pump fuse is good. I have to have my wires checked, make sure my sensor on top of pump connector wires are good. What else can I be looking for?
have you made sure the connetor is pushed fully in and that you haven't knocked other connectors making them loose ? also check for the fuse for day time running lights your owners hand book will tell you which fuse it is
Which fuse to use for what? There will be blank areas, for options your van doenst have. The cover or the owners manual should state the amp ratong for each fuse. I dont know what kind of repair book you have but if it doesnt tell you fuse locations and ratings its not very good.
check to make sure the security light is not on if it is the van will have spark but no injecter pulse the best way to solve this issue is to have the original igniton key and put it in the igniton in the run position and leave it on for 10 minutes then the light will flash then try to start the van
Don't see how one would blow the fuse an not the other . The remote function is controlled by the BCM - body control module or vehicle interface . Regardless ,the module an the switch on the steering wheel both energize the horn relay ! Do you know what a relay is an how it works ?
Check the horn relay
you need to call the gm part department and ask for a fuse diagram they can print you out one so you can keep it wwith your vehicle. Please rate my response thak you very much
small chilton book for your car should run about 6 dollars at the parts store ,, its a easy job ,, one belt runs everything and its released by a tensor pulley
