What are the 4 hoses on top in the back of the engine. I have one of them leaking air. Are they related to the emissions. Cause I think the leak is causing me to get the check engine light to stay on.

Yes, most of the vacuum hoses are emission related, having a leak will cause what ever the hose goes to get more air than it needs, replace the hose. If the light doesn't go out, have a code scanner hooked up to the car to put it out. If there is an autozone auto parts store near you, go there, they will do it.

The levelling light flashes can hear hissing

you have a air line or air valve that has went bad or a bad air bag, find the air leak and you will find the problem. it may just be a line. each wheels has a leveling lever that airs up each wheel bag if air leaks out it will cause the whole suspension not to operate and it will damage the car and will cost you big bucks if you don't fix it. if it's just a hose you may be able to cut it and make it work or you will have to buy a new hose with ferells to rehook the new line up.

Po411

This is a code related to the air flow from the air pump (aka pollution pump) into your exhaust system. This air pump takes outside air and injects it in the exhaust stream after the engine to help burn off any residual fuel or pollutants. When P0411 comes up, the control module detects a lack of air flow either caused by a defective air pump, leaking/clogged air hoses, or bad check valves.

Where are the hoses that run to radiator to cooling system located? send diagram. Oil went into water tank on 1998 cadillac catera

I don't have a diagram, but your problem is the oil cooler underneath the intake on top of the engine. Remove the intake, and the cooler is right there in between the heads. Easy to change once you get the intake off. This is a VERY common problem on Cateras, and the symptom of it is oil in your coolant. I have a 1998 Catera and had the same issue.

Car leaking coolant

First of all ensure that your car is leaking coolant fluid, and what is dripping is not just water condensation from the air conditioner.
If you have a coolant liquid leak, it can be from one of the ducts leading to radiator , from water pump or radiator itself. Check liquid levels, and if you have a leak have the car inspected by a qualified mechanic.
A broken water pump, for example, can cause your motor to blow in few miles.
