Blower motor stops working in high
Sounds like your blower motor resister is bad,when going bad,it may not work or not work on all speeds,the motor will work or not,don't think it's motor.Resistor is located next to blower motor,2 screws hold it on,here's what it look's like and where blower motor is.Enlarge picture to see where resistor is.
Chanses are its the resister, it should be located by the heater motor, most are above heater box behind glove box.

I had a truck about the same year with the same problem, it was the wiring harness, but id check the resistor and the fan first before replacing anythings,

little black box to the left of blower motor (2) 7/32 screws holding it heater box with a plug with 7or 8 wires feeding it the plug is probably going to be melted inside
