Color codes F250 Color codes are not EIA codes. Can you help?

Here's the most likely color code for the ignition switch wires on your 2005 F250 Super Duty 6.0 Powerstroke: Wire Color Function Pink/Black Accessory Orange Run/Start Light Green/Yellow Start Light Blue/Yellow Ignition Black Ground

Neutral safety switch is located on left side of transmission. Don't know the color of the wires . Google it.

Bad exit sensor. Either replace sensor or time to get a new scanner.

the switch in the door is grounding out causing light to stay on replace switch

best and fastest way and cheapest go to aotozone or your near by walmart they have a radio kit for your wiring harness it tells which wire goes where and what color code

check for a blown 15 amp fuse,probably shorted out and blew.if its good then replace the headlight switch

brake springs are usually color coded for convenience, so that should help. don't be afraid to look online for a diagram, grab a buddy that knows something, or buy a repair manual if you need it.

Go to your local library. They generally will have both the Chiltons Motor Manuals and Motor Manuals available for your use. These will have separate sections on your vehicles wiring diagrams. Color codes and all. Best of all they are free. Also some parts stores, Murray's, Pep Boys, AutoZone etc will let you look at the appropriate manual for your vehicle. If you are trying to troubleshoot a problem, I suggest the Library. Chilton's has a good trouble shooting section for Ford Truck wiring. Also you can check the book out and take it home to use while you are working on the truck.
