U do not have to use synthetic oil but I recommend u do if u plan to drive the car for 100,000 miles or more, syn oil almost eliminates engine wear, if u use it change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles

Using synthetic oil

I would switch to a 'Synthetic Blend' first - and stay with that for the next 3 or 4 oil changes (watching for any oil leaks to appear), before going to a full synthetic oil.

Lexus es330 engine check in view because i have changed fuel filter

this vehicle may be due for a service.

slow starting in colder weather can be due to many issues. such as dirty or wet ignition sytem or low battery charge.
if you live in colder climate you may need to change your oil to a thinner one for cold tempretures.

also check that exaust pipe is not blocked, air filter is clean and fuel filter is not blocked.

I hope this was useful.
