Could be low fuel pressure, a vac leak, or a faulty throttle position sensor.
If the check engine light is on you would check the computer for trouble codes next.

SOURCE: 2002 grand prix runs rough, dies service engine

sounds like you have a vacuum leak, check all the vacuum hoses and replace any broken or kinked ones, also check around the intake manifold gasket for leaks. any air leaks after the air flow meter creates 'un-metered' air which inturn will make the car run rough and stall, hope this helps

SOURCE: my 1990 pontiac grand prix le will start and idle

it could be either a clogged catalytic converter, or a mass air flow sensor. One way to check the cat is to let the car run for about 10 minutes and look at the underside of the car to see if anything is glowing, or check it after a very short drive. To check the Mass airflow sensor locate it and unplug it while the car is running and see if it clears up.

Check the mass air flow sensor on the throttle body. It may need cleaning or replaced if the filament is broken.

SOURCE: 99 Grand Prix idles funny, dies got code p0102,

this vehicle most likely has a mass air flow sensor it may have got accidently unplugged or the air tube from mass airflow to engine is not connected well or it could be that you have indeed a bad mass air flow sensor they do make a special cleaner that you may want to try before purchasing a mass air flow sensor or purchasing one from salvage yard the symptoms you describe would be created by a bad massair flowsensor

Engine will run and idle but will die as soon as u push on the gas

This sounds like a fuel problem. Check the fuel pressure at schrader valve. On top of engine. It is either your fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator.

My 1999 grand prix stalls and dies at stops.

My Pontiac Grand Prix is also a 99, it has 216,+ thousand miles on it, it runs great, idles good, I need to replace the oxygen sensor tho as it shuts off on me while driving or sometimes coming to a stop. You might try checking the fuel filter and pump as well.

1998 Pontiac Grand Prix shuts down in Drive or Reverse

When you remove your vehicle from park, the idle air control valve (electronic choke) operates to keep enough air going into the motor while you aren't using the throttle so it will stay running. If it is too dirty it can't move properly...you'll stall.
Pull out and clean or replace the idle air control valve.
