Probably the turn signal switch assembly. This is a common problem with the older Fords. The switch is a self contained unit at a cost of about $100.00.

All signals and other flashers work but passenger front flashers do not work

Use a test light, test for power and ground at the bulb contacts. Then test for power and ground at the wires. Probably needs a new socket, common problem.

Rear electrical

Check the fuses first. Either probe each fuse with a test light, or remove each one and physically check them. Physically check the wires going back. Test light them as well for power Check the gounds with the test light. If all are okay, then I would look t replace the turn signal multifunction switch. Let us know what you get in results so we can share our experiences. Thank you.

Ford Taurus X rear Brake lights won't turn off

There is a brake switch located at the upper portion of the pedal, these switches can come loose and fall towards the driver, when they do the brake lights will come on and remain on. The switch is activated when the pressure is released from the end of the plunger

The brake lights for 1990 Ford Taurus won't work, but the 3rd brake light does.

It could be the turn signal switch. I think that car uses the same bulb for the rear turn signals as they do for the brake lights. If that's the case the power for the brake lights is routed through the turn signal switch. The nice thing about that car is the switch is easy to change. Take the shroud loose around the steering column and the switch is held on with two screws.

2002 ford taurus tail lights are not

You have a bad connector or wire. Use a multimeter to check the wire and connectors from both lights. My bet is on the wire.
