It is a little more complicated than that. There are two nuts below the headlight assemblies in the engine compartment. You will need to remove the battery and overflow bottle to get at the one on the passenger side. Remove the turn signals in the bumper, then there are 2 or 3 bolts holding a mounting bracket behind the each of the turn signals. There are a number of bolts with washer heads and reatiners on the underside of the bumper as the previous responder indicated.

This should be fairly simple,one may have to remove the grille.
Remove
trimmings on the front bumper cover to allow access to the bolt for
removal of the front bumper. The trimming can be removed simply by
prying the trimming from the center of the bumper cover using a Philips
screw driver.
After removing the 2 bolts on the bumper cover, you may open the hood and remove the plastic fasteners on the top of the bumper.
To remove the plastic fastener, simply depress the center until click. Do not press too far or the fastener will be damaged.
Turn
the Torx screw in the wheel well counter clockwise to loosen the catch
plate on the bumper. Lift the bumper cover over the catch plate and
push the bumper cover forward. This completes the removal of the front
bumper cover.
To
remove the headlight assembly, you will need to loosen the bolt on the
retainer near the wheel well. You will then remove the 4 bolts that
hold the headlight assembly.
There
is one bolt on the side of the headlight assembly. Two bolts on top and
one at the corner of the lens. They all have the same size bolt.
In order to remove the headlight assembly, after removing the bolts, the headlight harness needs to be removed.
The
next step is to remove the trimming on the lens and removing the clips
that hold the lens in place. There are 4 clips. One clips on each side.
Once
the clips are removed, the lens can be pry open with screw driver. You
may want to heat the edge to soften the glue or use an utility knife to
scrape the edge. Be extra careful, as the glass can be very sharp if
shattered. Please also wear protective gear such as safety goggle and
gloves. After this, just reverse the steps to put the headlight back
together.

There are several 6mm flange bolts with 10mm heads. 3 along the inside of the hood 1 behind the top of the door accessible with the door open 2 on the bottom of the door behind the mud guard 2 behind the bumper cover, the headlight is attached to one of these. There is a screw holding the end of the bumper to the fender. Remove it and pull the cover away from the fender. There is a large plastic clip inserted into the fender next to the two bolts that holds the bumper
cover but should release when you pull the cover.
The headlight has two dowel pins that insert into the fender, removing the headlight may be better but you have to remove the bumper to get to some of the headlight assembly bolts. There are 4 bolts holding on the bumper that are accessible through the turn signal holes. The bumper will "fall" about an inch and sit on some collar bolts so it can be lifted off without one side falling (a neat feature). The turn signal is held by one Phillips screw accessible through a special hole on the inboard side of the bumper with your longest Phillips screwdriver.
Under the bumper cover is a fiberglass bumper. It could be broken or your bumper mounts could be bent on that side. It is best to remove the screws (on the side of the wheel well) and 10mm bolts holding the bumper cover, and locate the two frontal bolts in each bracket. There are also some plastic push pin nuts in various spots too. Don't try to get the push pins under the headlights, they will come with when the bumper is removed.
easy there is a screw on both sides were bumper and fender meet just pop back fender liner its a phillips head. Then pop hood remove clips on black trim infont of radiator. Underside where bumper goes under car remove those clips and 10mm bolts after all is removed bumper just pulls off ...... may have to give it a hard **** a few times but it will come off. Should only take 15-20min to remove if its your first time
Yes, it is very involved. According to the Haynes manual you will have to first remove the radiator cover, the radiator grill, the inner fender splash shield pins (attached to the splash shield and front bumper cover), the front bumper cover, and finally the headlight housing. A DIYer can do this, but I recommend that you spend the $15 and get the Haynes manual because the pictures alone are worth it. Oh, and get a trim panel removal tool as well (cheap).
Its not that hard but you have to remove bumper to get to the two bottom bolts that holds the headlights. First remove grille and there are 2 10mm bolts that holt the tip of fenders they are the first bolts under the fender weld closes to the bumper cover. Then there are two bumper mounts/brackets that hold bumper to frame/radiator support. they are held by (4) 12mm bolts may need a swivel socket to get to them( easily accessed if you remove front signal lights in the bumper held by philips screws in the corners).After removing bracket bumper should come right off. you will have to remove the front bumper cover to get to 2 bolts and also the grille to get another bolt off also there are are a total of 5 bolts that hold it in. be careful taking it out as you can crack the mounting brackets for the assembly just be patiece it will come out.
