The fuel filter is location on the rail on the driver side of the jeep. Its right after the rear end. You will see the fuel lines along with the brake lines. It looks like a black can of corn. It will have two rubber hoses connection to it. hope this helps
I dont know much about Jeeps, but all you have to do is get under the truck and look for the fuel lines.Fuel lines are usually shiney so you can see them easy.They should be run on the same side your gas cap is on.You should see 2 lines,one is a return line and it will not have a filter.I get gas on my driver side and my fuel filter is under the truck almost perfectly centered with the driver side door.Good luck.

check your fuel pump relay and your ignition switch those numbers you gave for voltage are not right, please recheck that you have a ground and 12volts at the pump while cranking please rate -jeff
