THE FUSE BLOCK IS EITHER LOCATED UNDER THE DASH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OR IN THE DRIVERS SIDE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. IT WILL BE MARKED HEATER.

Do you mean the blower motor resistor? That is usually the problem. It is under the hood, passengers side, above/behind the strut tower.

sounds like your heater resistor block is defective..behind glove box..2 screws hold it in place and 1 connector on it

these heater control units were in a bad spot..cup holder right below..coffee spills have been known to get in control unit..can be expensive to replace..try a wrecking yard

If you are looking for the fan blower resistor, it is located behind the glove box. No tools need to get to it and a nut driver to remove the 2 screws to replace it. A 20$ part.

2002 Grand Caravan. The rear heater also has a resistor for the fan speed control.(3 speed) It is located under the rear passenger side plastic cover. You can take off the rear tail gate lower plastic piece and this will let you pull out the side panel. You can reach in and take out the two screws that hold in the resistor and unhook the wiring adapter. You do not have to take off the whole side panel as you can reach in from the back. The resistor unit can be bought at you local dodge dealer.

You most likly need to replace the fan or possibly the fuse for the fan blew.
