I had the same problem. Apparently it's really common. Check your coolant level. If it's fine, then it may just be that you need a new water pump and thermostat. However if it's low and you replace it, yet it gets low again after a week or two, then it's your heater core. All three are easy to replace and don't cost much in labor, you just need to make sure you go to the right mechanic because a lot of mechanics afre clueless when it comes to lincolns.

AC has a New AC Compressor, plenty of Freon -it works but, only Hot Air blows through the vents ??? Is this the vaccum hose or the Heater Control Valve?

Check the heater control valve. And verify if there's hot air w/o A/C (fresh air with heat setting to cold)

The heat is not getting hot in the front but the back heat blows out hot heat. Whats the possible problem?

If you can get cold air blowing out the front vents, the front heater door is not working properly. If you don't get air blowing out, check the front heater fan and its resistor block.

A motor runs with no one in the car

The cooling fan on the radiator is being turned on by the radiator temp switch. This is normal. It keeps excessive heat and pressure from building up inside your engine. Excessive heat can cause radiators to overflow or hoses to burst. It is NOT a bad thing for that fan to be running for 2 - 3 mins.
