Press the H one until you get to the correct hour. Most will not go backward, just forward however many hours you need. there is supposed to be a power constant connected to the stereo, which would allow power to continue while the car is not on. you could have a blown fuse, or the radio may not have been installed properly. the power constant lead is usually a yellow or blue wire (one or the other, i cant remember which, off the top of my head) coming out of the rear of the radio/harness, and should be connected a fuse which always gets power (usually labeled as "acc constant"), or should be connected directly to the battery.
