Truck is starving for gas, fuel pump has been replaced, jets, and regulater. code is reading 44 O2 sensor (lean exhaust)
How do you know it's actually started for gas?
Are you sure it's actually starved for gas, and not just a bad o2 sensor? Are you having issues with it running properly?
When is it running lean? WOT, idle, always? It's possible you have bad diaphrams and your secondaries aren't opening up, but hard to say without an actual description of the problem.
the o2 sensor in new, the code read 44 O2 sensor (lean exhaust) . Truck starts fine, while driving, it bogs down with to much gas, but slowly accelerates with feathering the gas, the check engine light come on almost everytime i lose power and am forced to feather the gas.
repaced jets in throttle body, regulator in throttle body, and fuel pump. Runs better with a ful tank and sometimes runs just fine
When you say "jets" do you mean the injectors? Does this have the factory throttle body injection? If so, start by double-checking the wiring connections between the injectors and the ECM. I assumed it had been retrofitted with carbs when you said "jets". It would also be a good idea to get a fuel pressure gauge on it, and see what pressure you have at the TB. Should be 10-12psi. Sometimes it's as low as 8PSI, but that's gonna be a bit low, and it's recommended to bump it back up. If it is low, you may have to pull the reg back out and adjust the spring tension up a quarter turn at a time and re-test until you get up into the needed range. Also make sure that the injectors you replaced it with are the correct injectors (should have the same color top on them as the ones that came off). This should be enough to at least get you started on isolating the issue.
