Fan motor runs on high regardless of switch position. Climate control can be turned off and fan will continue on high. I've been told by dealer that its a replaceable ''resister type'' module which they had in stock but couldn't tell me where its located that I might replace it. Any ideas on where this is located and how to go about replacing it?
The module is under the bottom of the glove box.remove the bottom cover below glove box.the resister is beside the blower motor.it has 2 screws holding it in,then it just slides out
I had the same problem on my 1999 LHS of blower runing on high. This seller has them for only $58 on eBay andstates that he sells a lot of them offering the reasons and problems to look for. Worked great. His is heavy duty.
