98 vw beetle no wipers, blinkers, blower and brake light is on

Horn works, headlights, high beams, flashers, brake lights, inside lights all work. Upon starting the car within a few minutes of everything was fine... Turned on the key the brake light stayed on, then as I was turning I noticed the turn signals did not work as well as the wipers and the blower.

SOURCE: 1974 vw beetle wiring problems

Start with the most simple thing before trying to replace anything. Clean both connections on both positive and negative side of the battery terminals AND the leads. You may then proceed to putting some graphite powder into the key slot of the ignition, working it back and forth a little. NOW trouble shoot malfunctions in and around the ignition and fuse box. Sometimes the fuses are not tight and wiggle about too, try tightening the little clamp on each of the fuse holders.

I have the same problem, because it's difficult to see the rear brakelight halo when you are not at the right angle.  And, when my wife was driving in the Jetta--right in front of me--that's when I finally saw which brakelight was out (1/2 a halo).  (2006 Jetta 2.5).

SOURCE: 1999 vw beetle. blinkers, wind shield wipers not working.

check the electrical part of your ignition switch . this is common to burn out and is easy and inexpensive to fix .does not require anything to be done to the mechanical part of the switch and key.

No indicators working found fuse box which fuse?

When you are talking about "indicators" we could assuming that your are refer about signal lights. This work with "flashers" devices.

For 1996 Audi A4 2.8L SFI 6cyl the Flasher is located in front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind dash lower panel, mounted above driver side of steering column.

About generic fuses, open the driver side door. Remove panel on left side of dash. Fuse box is behind panel:
