Door handle doesnt work from outside how do I remove it
You have to take the inner door panel off to get to the mounting nuts for the outside door handle. Remove the panel, peel off the plastic water shield, unclip the rod from the outside handle, and remove the two nuts on the handle. Then it can be removed from the outside.

This was a three minute repair, once I had the replacement handle. Leave the door panel alone! Remove the single screw holding the old handle in place. Use a flat blade screwdriver to jimmy the old handle away from the door about an inch. There are two plastic clips holding it to the rods, one for the locking mechanism and one for the latch. Use the flat blade screwdriver to unclip these two connectors. Remove the broken latch, and don't worry, the rods won't disappear into the door! Reverse these steps with the new handle (insert rods, attach clips, wiggle assembly into place, and fasten with single screw). You're done!
