94' Jeep Cherokee Conutry 2wd Dash lights not working

Ok i have two problems here.. first.. the dash lights are not working at all.. checked fuse and they are all good..

second.. sometimes but not all the time.. the blower, turn signal, radio, cigarette lighter and windshield wipers do not work all at once.. but then it will just start working.. Relay or something?

Try replacing the ignition switch(not the ignition lock[where the key goes]).it will probably be located on top of the steering column , towards the bottom.but before going through with this make sure the connectors to the switch are fully plugged in.

Click on the link, check fuse f13--20 amp. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a test lite, hot all the time.
You have to test when problem is ongoing. The fuse is for brake lamps.

Dash lights are out

You have all the fuse locations. I have seen some that after radio was put in did that. usually it turns out that re-grounding the dash or using different power supplies for the radio has corrected it. otherwise, I'd check the light switch and make sure it's OK.
