Replace alternator belt.you need to loosen alternator upper and lower belt then push alternator forward to slip off drive belt.if you have the prizim GSI. you need to raise and support the vechicle safely.remove the power steering and air conditioning drive belts.then loosen the lower mounting bolt and nut from the alternator bracket.then remove the alternator drive belt.

Wow!!! I don't think I would put that much faith in gorilla glue. I had the same problem and had to replace the hb pully. My belt ended up slipping and jumped a few teeth causing the car to be badly out of time. Fix it before that happens.

Most likely the belt and pulleys are shiny if you look at them, replace the belt, while you have the belt off try and clean the glaze off the pulley groves, this will make the new belt "grip" better and avoid slipage.

you'll have to pull off the interior panel. window in the up position. on the lock cylinder there is a clip that you have to pull off and an arm that actuates the lock. pop the lock out. reverse to install.
