Usually related to the ASD ( automatic shutdown ) relay or circuit. Can often be the result of poor or dirty connection at Power module. First check and clean all battery connections , as well as remove and clean connectors at module. This may just cure your problem, BE SURE to disconnect battery prior, and be aware of any anti theft codes for radio etc that may have to be reset.
