SOURCE: Intermittent fuel pump relay, need help

try tapping on it a bit or banging on it, but before you do, let me tell you that you need a new fuel pump or the hose could have something in it blocking flow or something.

SOURCE: My honda civic 1998 model fuel pump failed and I changed it

The PGM Main relay is outboard of the glove box. You can see it if you get the glove box out of the way, but to remove it, you need to pop the triangular shaped plastic trim off of the end of the passenger side of your dash. The relay is held in place with one 10mm bolt and the electrical connector.

SOURCE: 1999 Honda Accord won't start. No fuel pressure,

The relay may be located in the under hood fuse/relay box.
Check your manual for the location of the relay, if listed.
Check for a sticker on the inside of the under hood fuse/relay box for a possible guide.

Can't find main fuel pump relay in my 2003 Honda civic ex

The main relay is a common issue with Civics. Luckily, they are abundant and cheap. If you were sitting in the passenger seat, it would be in front of your left knee, just up and under the glove box. Let me guess? You have that steady non-starting sound? Car is trying to start but won't? Good luck dear, and remember you can get these pretty inexpensively. Ebay, junk yards, and any other parts stores. I prefer INTEX for new parts.

I have a 96 Honda civic lx....none of my windows will roll down. I have checked all the fuses and relays, I'm not getting any power to the driver door.......also my power locks don't seem to be...

This is an easy fix and very common to civics. When I bought my car it had the same exact thing and I bought this part (plug) at the junk yard for 2.00 dollars and you can start by removing the driver side fender and you will see a black rubber that covers the plug with all the wiring that runs too the door cut the plug off and replace it with a good plug with the one your going too buy at the junk yard you can use tape or anything that wont make contact with the other wires but what sucks about it is that you need too do it one by one and just match the wire colors together and good as new hope this helps!

I have a 1988 honda civic it shuts down while Im driving. It will start up again after a few minutes. I replaced the fuel pump but the problem is still on going. please help me

Sounds like your fuel pump relay is going bad. On most honda models this is located under the dash on the driver's side of the car. If the relay is okay, then the next step would be to replace the iginition switch. On my 1988 Honda it would not start up after I shut it off and went into the store and came back out. My brother's Honda would just shut down when turning a corner or changing lanes. After changing his fuel pump and fuel filter, we changed the ignition switch and that solved the problem. If I were you I would change the ignition switch.

1988 Honda Accord back door locks broken

You should just be able to take the door panel off. A part like that may be hard to find tho... may have to go to a salvage yard and pull it. Those 'odd' parts like that can be a PIA to find!!

I have an 89 Honda Civic and have had to get dorky parts like that at a junk yard before! Also a great place to find rims!! (those 4 lug ones can be hard to find and MEGA expensive if you go to dealer)
