1 heater wont blow out warm air unless on high?
possible clogged airfilter.low on coolant or antifreeze.

2 heater wont blow any air unless on high?
Could be a bad switch low ane med do not work.

You need to replace the heater blower motor resistor. It is located in the air tube between the motor and the center of the heater box, under the glovebox area.

REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR SPEED CONTROL RESISTOR.

I would first check to see if both heater hoses are hot to the heater.
if 1 is hot and 1 is cold the heater control valve is closed or the heater core is plugged.
