The switch for the power locks no longer works.

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 min and then reconnect it. They did a computer update on my 2005 Caravan and it fixed the problem for a while but now one of the doors does not lock with remote.

This is a common issue with the 2005 Caravan. To fix the issue you can disconnecting your battery or disconnect the IOD fuse for 10 - 30 seconds in the fuse box located in the engine compartment. This is not a permant fix. Inorder to get this fixed permantly you need to take it to a dealer so they can update your computer.

2005 Dodge Grand Caravan power door locks will not lock or unlock with remote

Here's how our problems played out: First we had a remote that wouldn't lock doors, then doors that wouldn't slide shut and finally locks that wouldn't lock at all. The problem is with the computers BCM. It took two failed trips to the dealer where they tried to replace fuses and misdiagnosed the problem. We found a shop that specializes in electrical systems and for $300, we've got it fixed. Here is their web site - you may be able to contact them and find out what worked. Door lock system does not work properly

Apparently the receiver has separate outputs for the passenger/driver's door and the hatch.
I don't know where the receiver is located in your Caravan but it has become intermittant and needs either repair or replacement.
The electronics involved are worth about $5 but I'm afraid you will pay far more for it since it is proprietary and the dealer can put just about any price on they wish.
I would 'shop' that replacement cost via phone before turning it over to any dealer.  They will compete if they know you are paying attention.
This could be a DIY job but you will need an aftermarket service manual from Chilton or Haynes; about $20-$30 US, otherwise you may have a long search to see where they have installed it. I'd bet on the removal of a few screws and unplugging one or more connectors to do the swap.
