the driver information center(DIC) is telling you one or more of your rear light bulbs has failed. it could be a tail light,stop light,center high mount stop light,turn signal or license plate light. have someone in the vehicle turn the lights on and hit the brakes and turn signals so you can see which one is burned out.
Check your radio fuse.. if it is ok, and the radio does turn on and you have no sound, chances are you either popped your "amp" fuse or worse, popped your factory amp.. let me know what exactly is or isn't working right now.. but make sure you check your fuses...
