Cab filter Were the cab filter

I have called many people and looked just about took my dash apart dodge dose not have a cabin air filter

there is no serviceable fuel filter. It is part of the fuel pump assembly and serviced when you change the pump.

this vehicle doesn't have a pass compartment filter

If you have recently changed or had the oil changed I would suspect a bad filter or the old oil filter gasket still on the filter boss and a new filter with an additional gasket installed on top of the old gasket. Usually in a short time the old filter gasket will blow out causing a massive oil leak. To locate the leak fill the engine back to the full mark with oil and start it and look for the leak.

No cabin air filter on this vehicle.

The second one is beside it further in the opening in the glove box.

I don't know about a 2wd,(mine is a 4 wd-extended cab) but, I just purchased an IN LINE FUEL filter from O'Reilly's Auto Parts. (02-01-2009 last night) The parts agent crawled under my truc and pointed out that the fuel filter was located uner the cab,attached to the drivers side frame,nearest to the back of the cab.
I might add, I had just checked with Advance Store Auto Parts, and the salesman there told me that there was not an external in line fuel filter,and I would have to get a complete fuel tank pump,filter screen assembly,from the chevrolet dealer.
I purchased a "WIX" in line filter and will put it on this p.m.

The Fuel filter should be along the frame on drivers side under cab towards back on extened cab it's silver about 4 to 5".
