You may have more than one problem.
The code F32 is for a problem between the engine computer and the body computer, or a loss of memory. To fix that someone would need to check the ground connections and the harness between the two computers.
The engine could be burning coolant like the head gasket problem you mentioned.

SOURCE: 1995 Cadillac ETC has hard shift (all gears work)

yes change fluid. if that dosnt work buy new shift solinoids. and replace them. also check all the wiring from transmission to pcm and from conector to solinoids when u take the pan off. just disconect the solinoids. and use a digital multimeter innva brand put it on continuity and touch wire after wire till it beeps indicating wiring is touching . some will beep because thay are still conected and would have to remove transmission to disconect them. i just had this exact problem on my 94 sls . i replaced solinoid a-b and did a fluid change and checked the conections going to the transmission. and it runns good now

SOURCE: 1997 cadillac deville- misfires on cylinder #1

It sure is. If a plug is truly wet, the energy for the spark will travel through the moisture, rather than across the gap. The fuel air mixture flowing into and out of the cylinder serves to ventilate the cylinder, drying the plug.

Plus, that air is preheated, so that would accelerate the drying once warming up got underway.

You really need to have that head gasket replaced. If this questionable repair gives way (and it almost certainly will), you can get enough water in the cylinder to start breaking things on startup without any warning.

Sounds like an electrical problem. Check connections to battery remove & clean them , check + wires to engine, to power supply for the engine management.

2005 chevy cobalt wont start. Its not the starter or battery those were tested

Do you know what is involved in starting your vehicle ? Looking at a wiring diagram to see what's involved is the first step in the diagnostic procedure . What engine ? 2.0 l or 2.2 l Hooking up a scan tool an checking for code's for the BCM - body control module would also be a good step . The ignition switch is a low voltage input to the BCM .When start is requested by moving the ignition switch to start , the BCM sends a start request to the ECM - engine computer which will energize the crank relay sending battery voltage to the S terminal on the starter solenoid , spinning the engine over . This all happens in milliseconds ,if the ECM see's a input from the park neutral switch an no problems with the anti-theft system .

Circuit Description
Moving the ignition switch to the START position signals the body control module (BCM) through discrete inputs from the ignition transducer that engine crank has been requested. The BCM verifies that theft is not active and sends a serial data message to the engine control module (ECM)/powertrain control module (PCM) requesting engine start. The ECM/PCM receives a 12-volt signal from the park/neutral position (PNP) switch or clutch pedal start switch notifying that it is safe to start the engine. There is a splice on this circuit in the fuse block-underhood that supplies power for the starter relay coil. The starter relay coil control circuit is then grounded by the ECM/PCM closing the switch in the starter relay suppling 12 volts to the S-terminal of the starter. Ground is supplied through the engine block.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

Burning plastic smell when cold out run heater and fan inside car and out

Are you loosing radiator fluid. sometimes the heater core will rupture and you will smell burn odor. also check for strange rubbing sounds or screeching coming from the blower fan motor. or engine exhaust manifolds are hot when car is on, make sure nothing is leaning on them which will cause a burn odor. Any odor coming from outside will find it's way inside through the fresh air vents.

My 1990 riviera will run great, as you are going down the road it will shut off,but crank right backup. whats wrong?

Check the ECM part number. If it is a 1228253 that is your problem. get a 16198264 the other number does just what your car is doing. I worked at a Buick dealer and know about the problematic 1228253 ecm.

When i drive the car the engines smells like something is burning and runs hot

Ok, check the thermostat, and it is easy to replace. Subarus have small radiators, could be clogged. Are your electric fans coming on? Are you losing water? Also may be a bad head gasket or cracked head. Of course, check all the hoses, including the heater hoses. The smell could also be oil leaking onto the exhaust pipe. Subarus are famous for this. But that will smell like oil, not antifreeze. Mainly, check to see if you are losing water. Also, there is a bleeder outlet on top of the radiator on the opposite side of the cap. usually the left side, if you add fluid to the radiator, do it very slowly and take off that bleeder, phillips head screw, until coolant comes out of the bleeder, then you know there is no air in the cooling system, If there is the subarus will overheat quickly, especially under a load.

When the engine is cool, check the fluid level in the radiator. If low add 50/50 solution of water and antifreeze. Do not continue to drive your car until this is fixed or you could cause a lot of damage to the engine.

No power

Code eo52 indicates that the "long term" memory in the ecm has been reset. You will get this code when power is removed from the ecm. B448 is low refrigerant pressure. A mis adjusted TPS sensor will result in a great loss of fuel mileage. It appears the converter is stopped up on yours.

Of course, check the fluid first. Running, pull the stick out, wipe it and put it in, pull out and read it. If fluid smells burned, it probably is. (indicating an internal problem) If low, add till full and try to move vehicle. Check for evidence of leaks underneath & repair before driving. Even if it does move, it's likely that something has been damaged somewhat from driving with low fluid... At the least, have the fluid changed, to prevent burned fluid from causing more damage.
