When you use any of the buttons to open the door ajarsbut will not power open or close but if you manually get it close to closing it will reseal itseft? I had the door pannel off and had the cable that goes to the inside door latch off at the latch and at that time the door would open and close just like the day it was made so when I put back together it still worked fine then I drove to town 10 miles then back to only ajaring and then resealing.
Sorry but I would need to look at the door operation first hand to see what is going on. I will say that dirt and lack of lubrication on the rails that the door slides on are the single biggest cause of this.

there is a cable of wires that lay in the track under the slider they break from normal use.. the harness it fairly easy to change.. when you open the door lok in the opening you will see the harness there in black plastic

You may have already checked this but there is a switch located close to the overhead button that will disengage the door buttons for child safety, is that turned off?

What did you have resealed the oil pan on the transmission? there could be anything causing this including a bad radiator that's leaking fluid if it's towards the front of the car then it's there if it's between the engine and transmission then it may be the front pump seal or the tork converter seal.
