Where is the turn signal flasher on a 1994 Chevy Lumina Euro?

    Thanks for the help. It was the "kick panel" suggestion that finally allowed us to find the flasher unit. It was way down practically next to the beginning of the brake pedal. We had been looking next to the steering column, but needed to look much further down. Once we removed the kick panel we finally found it way down by the brake. The Chilton's only states it's located to the right of the steering column under the steering support bracket. Thanks again for the help!

Educated guess..flasher units (2) one for signals the other for emerg flashers usually located in fuse block under dash drivers side kick panel , glove box area ..or engine compartment near battery

I cannot locate the fuse box on my 1994 chevy lumina, the my signal lights are not working
A fuse panel is in the glove compartment; remember that turn signal and hazard signals work with Flashers: the turn signal flasher is mounted in a clip on the right side of the steering column support bracket. The hazard flasher is located in the component center, under the instrument panel, on the right side.

Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one.

1990 chevy lumina euro 3.1,, is there a signal flasher underneath the dash, i have no blinkers, fuse is fine in fusebox, i bought a signal flasher from autozone, they said to try this it only cost...
It should be where they told you- may be under or behind the kick pannel at your knees somewhere. Note: the one autozone sold you may look totaly diffrent from the one you have in your car -even though it should work- usually i have seen round chrome colored canister with connector tabs on them- (about the size of a film canister cut in half.)

hello......this sounds like a flasher for sure! it is cheap and easy too replace.....FLASHER is located under driver's side dash.......round shape, with 2-3 wires connected at 90 degree angle to flasher, good luck

Turn signal doesn't blink just lights up
You should check the bulbs first. Front and rear, park,brake and turn signals. I think you will find there is either a bad bulb or possibly a faulty socket. If those are fine it may be a flasher problem. You can find the flasher by turning the signal switch to the side that works with the key on and find the clicking flasher. Good luck!!!

Both turn signals stopped working; Need to replace flasher
well its usually located under the dash and clamped onto the steering column and is silver and round in shape and color, you just unplug it and plug a new one in. its very simple. enjoy

96 chevy lumina sedan
for both issues, could possibly be the flasher unit for the blinkers.....which could be separate from the hazard flasher unit...(happened on my 92 chevy lumina) or the actual turn signal switch which is located in the steering column....not the stick you push, but the part inside that the lever controls (also happened on my lumina............3 times)

TIP:

start by checking the flasher....its cheap maybe 3-4$ for a new unit.....if thats not it and you figure out its the switch, go to a junkyard.....its wayyyy cheaper
