Fresh fuel with fuel stabilizer added would be a good place to start, as much as you can get in to mix up the old. take intake hose off front of throttle body when ready to try, and spray some WD-40 inside the throttle body inlet, while holding plate open a bit. Now try to start. Don't go crazy with it, just 2 seconds or so of spray to begin with to see if it will try to start. This is all assuming you do have the engine at least cranking over.

when i used too work on them some owner did away with the air system and went too a heavy duty shock instead might be worth looking into too save some cash or even an after market air shock

You need to check two different places to find a sticker with your cars code:
1.- On one of the posts/arms that hold the trunk, most of the times is on the left post.
2.- On the drivers door, you'll need to take off the door panel to find the sticker (this is the place where my 95 Town car has it.
