Replaced heater blower and relay. still wont blow on 89 park aven
Heater would not blow, could hear clicks when switched between heat, a/c and defrost. Replace relay...nothing....replaced blower motor....nothing. So what could now be the problem? Will the blower resistor cause not to blow at all? Thought they usually just made the blower stick on.

REPLACE THERMOSTAT.IF ALREADY DONE.CHECK HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SEE IF POWER GOING TO HEATER BLOWER MOTOR.IF YES BLOWER MOTOR BAD.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR CHECK AC AND HEATER CONTROL FUSE AND CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY IF ALL IS GOOD CHECK SEE IF POWER GOING TO AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IF YES THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH COULD BE BAD.
CHECK SEE IF HEATER BLOWER MOTOR WORKING, REMOVE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR HOT WIRE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SEE IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKING BLOWER MOTOR FAULTY OR YOU HAVE FAULTY WIRING AT BLOWER MOTOR AND RESISTOR.
REPLACE OR CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE + RELAY.IF BOTH GOOD PROBLEM IS THE BLOWER MOTOR IS BAD OR THE HEATER AND AC CONTROL SWITCH BAD ALSO BLOWER RESISTOR.
on the front blower make sure the fuse is ok if it is then check the relay if its good as well then youll ned to replace the blower motor. as far as the rear it sounds as if the air handler is not operating properly you need to locate it and ensure that nothing is blocking it from turning.hopes this helps you.
Either the blower went bad or the heater relay went bad. This does not sound like a heater core problem unless you where smelling a SWEET smell when it was running.
