The dash lights do not work on my chrysler 300.. How do I fix this?

First, check the oil level, if ts low that could be your problem. If its full, you could have either a faulty oil pressure sending unit, or (hopefully not), a bad oil pump. If the car is still under warranty, I'd take it to Chrysler and have them look at it. You could try a higher viscosity of oil too, but I'd make sure everything else is ok first. That cars still a little too new to be having problems like that.

It may be that, however, I will give you the instructions on how to do a simple test to see if it is inside the instrument cluster itself or the problem is somewhere else.

Well most of the time your problem is due to the thermostat sticking and or stuffed so 1st replace it but fit it the correct way around (the spring like part to the bottom).
Then theres the Radiator bunged up with dust and dirt out side fins or not using coolant or antifreeze and using just plain water then the block is just getting full of rust which will cause the same problem(but if using coolant your ok) OR bad air flow through Rad, Fan could also be a problem ..so check it all out the above and let me know
