Does the vehicle have run flat tyres? As these can cause a humming drone noise?
Also, it would be worth having the vehicle “tracked” / full wheel alignment. The person doing this looks at car steering and suspensions every day and will notice if anything is out of line
Just run the belt over all the grooved pulleys with the belt grooves toward the grooved pulley and the smooth outside or backside of the belt rides against the one smooth pulley. The possibilities are limited so it should be obvious once you start.
good day,first of all you may ask the owner if he has the service manual so you can change the last timing belt changed. secondly you may try to check the belt itself if it has some tiny cracks or a little loose or a little worn. hope this helps, have a nice day
