Drove 3 miles to Church. Tried to start an 1hr later, would not start, Kept trying to start it, it started whithin a couple min. Drove home no problem. Three hours later, drove 4 miles , car shut off 1and a half miles down the road. Kept trying to start it, about a minute it started again, drove a Quarter mile, done it again, but started right up. Got to 4 mile destination stopped again before I could park, It took about 5 min. before it started.

This might sound a bit odd but check your ignition switch contacts for wear.Sounds like it could be a bad connect in there somewhere.I dont have any clue as to your abilty to try this yourself .If you need a hand let me know.

Your guess would be mine too; starter or solenoid. Although, I would look at the cable, both at the starter and
at the battery, even if not apparently loose, there still could be corrosion on
the cable at the connector. Does the starter make a loud click or clicking sound, when
you try to start? 1. If no single loud click sound,
suspect the wiring or solenoid (and recheck battery/charge system) 2. If making single loud click
sound, suspect the starter. 3. If making multiple clicking
sounds, suspect wiring or recheck battery. I hope this helps. Post comments and let me know what your
