There is a company called coverlay that sells a fitted cover for your dash. You can go to there website and search your vehicle to find the right one and the right color.

If you have the 3.4 V6 engine yes you have a timing belt and you shouild change it every 90 thousand miles if you have the 4 cylinder engine no you do not it is chain driven

Open the fuse box, check each fuse if the tiny wire that connects to each side is not cut, if cut, then replace the fuse.
