All the specification relating the engine and ignition system of your vehicle, including the troubles etc. are mentioned in the user manuals of the vehicle. You could get an idea about all of these to help your vehicle.
But if you lost your user manual, you could get it easily from manuals.co.

How's your coolant level? The intake manifolds on the 3.8L engines are prone to breakage at various locations causing coolant leaks into the crankcase and vacuum leaks on intake ports.Removal of the upper intake manifold will be necessary for inspection. Also, check for vacuum leaks at various locations on the outside of the intake manifold using WD-40 or brakeclean/carburetor cleaner sprayed hoses, non-electrical components, at the base of the manifold etc. As for a faulty injector, not likely but if you suspect one you can always swap the suspect injector with another on the engine and see if the misfire follows the injector. Just be sure to relieve the fuel pressure before servicing. Hope this helps.

If it ran good prior to spark plug replacement, then yes, I'd be looking real close at the plug wire to that particular spark plug. Perhaps it pulled apart inside boot upon removal. It may even be an indication that they are all getting weak, and time to think about a new set if it's originals.

I have a 2006 5.7 Hemi 300C AWD - #4 cylinder started to misfire at idle. Problem just happened without cause on a Sunday morning. Dealership mechanics have exchanges coils, PCM, etc. problem stays with #4 and is sporadic (soemtiem cold idle, sometimes hot). Happened after a new fill of 90 octane gas from Shell (always use this station, never any previous problems). Car is in perfect shape, with only the dealer ever touching it at every req. maintenance schedule. Today they are pulling the head to check for valve issues. SMART troubleshooting trees and TSB's are no help so far. Anyone else with a solution?

Usually its a faulty o-ring/seal.
The fuel system needs to be de-pressurized in order to make this repair.
The part will be a dealer part i suspect and unless you are relatively mechanically inclined, the repair shoud be down by qualified personnel.
If you feel u can tackle the job yourself, obtain a Haynes manual for the vehicle in question and follow the detailed instructions.
Please be aware, you are dealing with a system that initially will have fuel pressure even once its deactivated and all the usual concerns of dealing with gas, so all precautions need to be taken accordingly.
Good luck.

Buy the Haynes repair manual at your local parts store. I bought mine from Auto Zone, but many others have them too.
My car has this EXACT same code issue. I replaced the plugs AND coils, but still get the error code.
It may be the injector, which I am not going to try and tackle myself.
What engine do you have?
in a service manual.
