It may not be a factory installed lift so the power source may not be in the fuse box but external. Possible to trace the feed wire from the lift back to the feed source? Look for a relay.

It is under dash on drivers side in auxillary relay box. There is a cap/cover on top of box, remove the cap/cover and you will have access to flasher.

On 2002 Ford Truck F350 Super Duty P/U 4WD 7.3L Turbo Diesel 8cyl the Flasher is located: front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted in fuse panel.

you need to remove your dash cluster remove screws around trim then pull it out of way then you can see how to remove cluster

the flasher is located in the center of dash w/ 2 other relays (its is largest) can get access from dvr side after panel is removed

do a generic obd2 test it will show what codes are set / if light is allways on ti is a hard code
the vehicle is more than likely in default

You may have a bad light switch or a bad wire at the light switch.
Only way to know is to remove the switch.
