Door lock, electric window on passenger side not working circuit breaker is okay. Is there any other options to check?

REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL TO GET TO THE WINDOW MOTOR. REMOVE THE CONNECTOR ON THE MOTOR. LOOP A TEST LIGHT FROM BOTH TERMINALS. WITH THE KEY ON AND BOTH SWITCHES IN PLACE, CHECK TO OPERATION OF THE SWITCHES. IF THE LIGHT COMES ON IN BOTH DIRECTION THE WINDOW MOTOR IS BAD.
THERE IS A CIRCUIT BREAKER BUILT INTO THE WINDOW MOTOR. SOMETIME HITTING THE MOTOR WITH MAKE THE CIRCUIT BREAKER RESET BUT THE MOTOR WONT LAST LONG DOING THAT.
ALSO TRY PULLING DOWN ON THE WINDOW WHILE TRYING THE SWITCHES. THE WINDOW COULD JUST BE STUCK. THIS HAPPENED TO ME.

Generally fuses control an entire system, in this case it sounds as if you have a wiring problem such as a plug has come undone that wires the door equipment. Check the wiring that goes to the door, follow it to your problem.

Just did this procedure I got from coloradofans.com forums:
"any type of power/voltage change
seems to trigger this issue
The most common symptom is power
locks fail and only the driver window quits, however that is on the
extended cab.
Steps to fix and it works every time.
take
door panel off driver's door
Disconnect the wiring attached to window
and power lock control unit
disconnect battery cables
connect
the negative to the positive cable(((NO BATTERY CONNECTED)))
This
will act to short residual voltage in the system
5 minutes later
place
the key in the ignition and turn to the run position
connect the
wiring to the window/lock controller
connect the negative cable to
the battery
then the positive
open drivers side door
turn key
to the off position((do not remove yet)) you should get a series of
dings through speakers telling you the key is still in the ignition
once
it begins dinging pull the key out and you should hear the door lock
solenoids trigger and the windows should work." - Coloradofans.com forums

Here is an electrical diagram of the right doors windows. Test motors applying 12v straight from the battery. Remember that 80% of the electrical problems the ground wire is what is at fault.
Good Luck!! Don't forget to rate this post!!

The problem is not with a computer, none of these things are controlled by a computer. The most common problem for having these kinds of issues are wires being broken inside the rubber boot that goes between the door and the body. They break from the constant flexing. You could also have a problem with some of the switches, they may not be all related, could be seperate problems. First thing i would do is pull back the boots to each front door and check the wiring by pulling on each wire individually, if one starts to pull out or if you see it's broken, start fixing wiring.
