Ok here's what is happening. At idle it runs fine but when it gets up to about 2000 rpms it starts choking and bogging down. I have replaced the spark plugs, the cables to the plugs, the fuel filter, and the cleaner in the tank. It only has 146000 km on it. Do you think I have to replace the jets or is it more wiring?

Hook up a simple inexpensive portable OBD tester to the port under the steering wheel. it will tell you the exact engine code. Find a friend or AutoZone has free OBD tester loaner to tell you the code to help specifically tell yo what the issue is.

Check vacuum leaks , by spraying carburator cleaner around intake manifold gasket and vacuum hoses connections . See if engine picks up the idle speed while you doing it , and if it does , locate leak and fix it. Most common , intake manifold gasket brakes.
