I'm just guessing but i would say you have a bad engine mount.

Sounds like a driveline/driveshaft issue. Either loose bolts or a bent shaft. Nut & bolt the shaft. If it continues after that, you may have a bent shaft.

2002 Mitsubishi Lancer ES front end of car vibrates when accelerating, braking, and when the A.C is on.

Did you service the caliper slide pins to ensure the caliper slides freely? A rusted pin causes vibration.

Also check your ball joints and ties rod ends for wear. New bigger rims can accentuate worn components.

Do your new rims include hub adapter rings to EXACTLY center the rims on the hubs?

Vibration on acceleration

Mitsubishi's have always had problems with their throttle bodys carboning up, Magnas and Pajeros especially. Clean the throttle body with a can of carburettor cleaner, don't forget to open the butterfly and get right in behind it. Also check your ignition leads with a multimeter, any more resistance than 4000 ohms per foot of lead length, replace the lead. The misfiring may also have now damaged your oxygen sensor, check this with an analog multimeter, the O2 sensor output should vary between 0 and 1 volt as the needle moves between these readings (to vary the mixture) if not then replace the O2 sensor also. This problem is not related to your tyres.

From a stand still if you accelerate hard vehicle starts vibra

Well, kind of short on description, issues typical in this complaint are misfiring and U joints.

To emininate the engine, does the vibration happen on power braking, without the vehicle moving?

check your upper control arms, does it happen when you step on the brakes or just when driving, you might need a balance of all your wheels or the tires you have could be bad.

Vibration on the floor underneath gas pedal

I would venture to say your exhaust is hitting your frame, or, you may need new motor mounts. The exhaust is what I would lean toward. If you can imagine your exhaust sitting under your vehicle, and the fact that the vehicle has a little age, the motor mounts probably give a little, causing the motor to move slightly on acceleration and deceleration, thus your exhaust is going to move, and may be vibrating on whatever its touching. Good luck.

Vibration on fuel pedal of 1999 suburvan

This may be caused by bad motor mounts. Lift your hood and then start the engine. Put it in reverse and hold the brake. Push on the gas peddle and watch the engine. If it trys to roll over they may be bad. Be careful.
