low power on a diesel is
1: low compression
2: bad fueling
#2 can take forever to find, if you dont know what engine it is or what fuel system was used.. no country stated, so cant guess
read the wiki on land cruiser and see what you have.

once there, we try to find out how it works. each varies.
can fix engines with out knowing exactly what it is, and the injection system, used.

My 1hz land cruiser won't start when its cold glow plug been replace but still can't start after push start than can start easily

better chec the wiring or connections 1st--pull the plug from the pump and inspect for flaws and corrosion then plug back in--pump itself can be tested--the fuel injection pump in engine area may have issues

From your discription of your problem, lack of fuel to the injectors is your primary problem. You need to first check for air leaks from your fuel tank to the pump. After you have corrected any problems found (no matter how small) check you pump to be sure it is pumping. remove it and put a finger over the suction port and depress the pump actuator arm and you should feel positive suction. If not, replace your fuel pump. If at this point all is good, check for leaks between the pump and primary fuel filter and so on to the injector pump. If all is good to that point you need to bleed each injector at the cylinders. crack the nut at the block and have someone turn the motor over with the starter until fuel and no air bubbles come out around the nut and while engine is still spinning, tighten the nut securely back to the engine block. do this with all injector lines and you should be running when the last line is bled!

Landcruiser 100 vx, 2003 model with engine number 1HD-FTE is not starting, I've found out that the fuel pump, starter, battery are all functioning well. Where next should I look at.

turn ign on press acc pedal 12 times, management will come on leave untill light goes out .this means the car in self bleed mode

put electric fans bigger radiator .tranny cooler kit.this might help some you might need bigger engine more horse power.

There are 2 fuel pumps , the primary pump is in the left rear corner of the engine bay (sitting in the drivers seat)there is a fuel filter in this bracket also.The injector pump is situated on the front of the engine block
