Replace rear turn signal bulb on 2007 H3 - driver side

Manual says to remove two screws then "pull away" the plastic cover. Do you pull straight back or pivot the cover to the left? Plastic cover wiggles a bit when the screws are removed on the right, but the left side still seems securely affixed.

1st::Unscrew the 2 screws that hold the light in.
2nd::Slide your hand behind the light and pull the light towards you. Make sure that you pull it straight, as if the h3 was driving away from you, so you dont break the two pins that are holding the light in...PULL ONE PIN AT A TIME!!!

Dont pull it to far away from the hummer as there are wires attached that need to stay attached.

3rd::turn the back of the bulb to unlock it from the lens...
4th:: slide the bulb out and remove thebulb by pulling it straight out.
5th::put the new bulb in, lock it back into the lens, then insert it back where you got it from,...

MAKE SURE you move the wires out of the way when you put the lens back in...they will get in the way and can be damaged.

How do I change front blinker bulb on 2003 chev impala

First,
  1. Turn the engine off and open the hood. Pry up the two fasteners from the radiator air baffle with a flat head screwdriver. Move the baffle to the side to access the top of the headlight case.
  2. Step 2 Pull up the two metal rods behind the headlight case. These secure the case to the car. You may need your pliers to pull them up.
  3. Step 3 Gently pull the headlight case out to access its rear. On the rear, you will find several black dust covers. Twist off the dust cover closest to the fender (the outward dust cover) to access the turn signal bulb.
  4. Step 4 Turn the bulb module counterclockwise to release it. Unplug the electrical connector from the bulb module. Connect the new bulb to the electrical connector (don't touch the glass with your hands; hold it by the plastic piece). Insert the bulb module in the turn signal housing, turn it clockwise and screw the dust cover back on.
  5. Step 5 Insert the headlight case in the mount. Push the pins back down to secure it. Position the radiator baffle in its place and insert the fasteners.
  6. Rear Turn Signal Bulbs
  7. Step 1 Open the trunk. Remove the net from the side mounted wing nut (on the side with the faulty turn signal). Twist the wing nuts (there are two per side) counterclockwise to remove them.
  8. Step 2 Peel the carpet layer back to access the rear signal lamp wing nuts. Twist these wing nuts (two per side) counterclockwise to remove them and release the rear signal.
  9. Step 3 Carefully pull the rear signal assembly away from the Impala. The rear turn signal is the inner bulb (closest to the trunk). Press the tab on the bulb module and turn it counterclockwise to release it from the rear signal assembly.
  10. Step 4 Pull the old bulb straight off the module (don't twist). Insert the new bulb in the module. Depress the tab on the connection and insert the module back in the assembly. Twist it clockwise.
  11. Step 5 Insert the rear signal assembly. Re-attach the assembly's wing nuts and push the carpet layer back in place. Tighten the other two wing nuts to secure the carpet layer and reconnect the cargo net

  3. Unfasten the nuts or other retainers from the rear trim.

On some vehicles, such as this 1986 Grand Am, you must remove the rear body panel with the lamp

Depending upon vehicle application, remove the lamp socket either by rotating it counterclockwise (approximately 1/4 turn) until the plastic tabs disengage, or by squeezing the metal tangs while pulling the socket from the light assembly

Remove the lamp socket assembly by turning it counterclockwise, then pulling it out

Generally, side marker lamps use small bulbs with flat, blade-type bases, and tail lights/turn signals use larger, round-based ("bayonet") bulbs.
  1. Remove the bulb from the socket using the appropriate method. Bulbs with blade-type bases pull straight out, while those with round bases and protruding pins (bayonet-type bulbs) must be depressed, then rotated counterclockwise (approximately 1/8 turn) before pulling out.

Remove the side marker bulb from its socket by pulling straight out

To install:
  1. Secure the bulb in the socket using the appropriate method. Bulbs with blade-type bases push straight in, while those with round bases and protruding pins (bayonet-type bulbs) must be inserted, then depressed and rotated clockwise (approximately 1/8 turn).
  2. Install the lamp socket using the appropriate method. Depending on the type of socket, either engage the plastic tabs, and rotate the socket clockwise (approximately 1/4 turn), or push on the socket until the metal tangs engage.
  3. Install the housing cover nuts.
  4. If removed, install the rear fascia and light assembly.
  5. Install the rear trim.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable, then check the operation of the rear lights.

2007 Dodge Nitro Tail Light Replacement

look at the car manual under maintenance and then rear light bulb replacement. First take out the two hole covers using a flat head to loosen then wiggle and turn by hand to get out. Pull the light unit straight back, and unplug the electrical. Don't break anything.
Then use a star driver (check your misc socket set drivers for the right size). Unscrew the two star head screws and pull this bulb holder straight off the tail light (same direction as screws). Replace the bulb and put back together in reverse.

88 Honda Accord left front turn signal assembly

*The Turn signal on the Side of the car next to the headlight*
1. Open the retractable headlights.
2. Remove the plastic shroud around the headlight: two screws in front and one on each side.
3. Look to the outside of the headlight and you will see a single screw in a small plastic cover on the front inside edge of the signal light assembly. The headlight prevents you from getting at the screw straight-on. I broke it loose with an offset phillips screwdriver, and then backed it out with a regular phillips.
4. Remove the plastic cover, and you will see two screws. Remove them.
5. Now you can pull the turn signal assembly forward and out.
6. To remove the bulb holders from the assembly, twist counterclockwise and pull out.
7. Pull straight outward to remove the bulbs. To assemble, follow the steps in reverse. Note that there are two plastic rods on the back end of the turn signal assembly that you will insert into two holes in the channel of the fender

*The turn signal in the bumper*
1. You will need a phillips head And Flat head screw driver, right below the turn signal there is a panel that you can pop out, (or its allready gone, Looks like a Fog light can go in there.)
2. once u find that, (Pretty easy to find) Look directly up in there., there is styrofoam up there and u will also notice a little hole,
3. Stick the Phillips head screw driver in that hole and turn it counter clockwize, The screw will not fall out,
4.once it feels like the screw is loose put the flat head in between the turn signal lense and bumper, the side where you unscrewed it and SLOWLY pry it out,
4. once out, just twist the plug and replace light bulb
to replace just reverse instructions
