I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The reverse lights stopped working, the horn stopped blowing when I look the doors and the fuel guage flops from empty to full. All started at one time.

try pressing the button and have someone else try to open the door, if it works, ... i tried that and it didnt work ... I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited and my problem is that the fuel door stuck or ... There is a manual release in the cargo area. .... Itdoesn't sound like the internet is going to solve your issue.
Either your heater core is plugged up or your line to the core is restricted. Do a complete reverse rad flush with a radiator cleaning solution and try it. If that doesn't work you'll need a new heater core.
The VTSS (Vehicle Theft Security System) might be armed. To dissarm insert and rotate the key on the driver door lock or the passenger door lock or the liftgate door lock. You can also disarm it by pushing the button on the keyless control unit.
go to the horn under your hood, check it for any thing wrong, then follow the power wire and follow it back to your steering wheal. this is where your problem is you just have to find out where the short is. and fix it.
